Management
Terry Bunker has been a licensed Physical Therapist since 1980. In addition, Terry is a Titleist Certified Golf Fitness Instructor, and a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. Using his diverse background, he opened Physical Therapy Services in 1990 and has been caring for the people of Tyler and surrounding areas ever since.
He was born in Dallas and raised in Irving, Texas. He worked for two years in Columbus, Georgia, and seven years in Little Rock, Arkansas before coming to Tyler in 1989. Terry has been married for over 35 years and has two children. His hobbies include golfing, sailing, working on his farm, and hiking. He has acknowledged the declining fitness of adults and senior adults in today’s society and his mission is to provide the people of Tyler with a different healthcare mode – a model focused on prevention, improvement of health, increased quality of life, and to reduce health care costs.

David W. Ball, M.D. received his medical degree from the University of Mississippi Medical Center. His internship and Internal Medicine residency was completed at the University of Tennessee in Chattanooga, TN.
His primary focus is functional fitness and wellness. He is the founder/CEO of 4-Ever Fit M.D., a science-based Wellness Company. He is also the co-founder of Tri-Fit, a non-profit organization that promotes wellness through exercise, nutrition, and accountability relationships. He enjoys mountain biking, weight lifting, scuba, working on his farm and spending time with his family.

Will is an energetic and passionate fitness enthusiast. After beginning martial arts in 2012, he became a personal trainer in 2019 and began strength and conditioning training for amateur and professional fighters. Teaching people of all ages and skill levels to move strongly and smoothly is what he does best, and he promotes a healthy lifestyle through diet, training, and mindset. He is a karate black belt, jujitsu blue belt, and self-defense teacher. His training philosophy is to establish a relationship with people to help motivate them and turn their goals into reality.
David is the proud husband of Nicole and father of three. He enjoys an active life which includes playing with his kids, hiking, and training his clients, which includes his wife. He also spends much time in the kitchen experimenting with cooking and fermentation. He began with a background in Kinesiology and furthered his craft with studying physical therapy, conditioning, and functional strength training. Whether new to weight lifting, overcoming an injury, or not sure where to start, he’ll meet you at your level. David continues to develop ideas that bring an integrated approach to health, movement and wellness. He brings an in-depth awareness to his clients based on a strong understanding of anatomy, the body and its function. Utilizing a variety of movement patterns, he will lead efficient and effective workouts that will improve mobility, strength, and conditioning. His goal is to put all his clients in position to continue doing what matters most to them.
Michael is an ACE certified personal trainer who was born and raised in Tyler, TX. As a former athlete, Michael played football, basketball, baseball and ran track for Bishop Gorman. Michael went on to play two years of football at Trinity University before transferring to Texas State University where he served as a student assistant coach for the football team. While at Texas State, Michael also coached football at San Marcos Academy where he eventually assumed the strength and conditioning coaching role for 3 years. Michael would go on to earn a Master's degree in Psychological Research before moving home to pursue his passion of health and fitness. Michael is an aspiring Ironman competitor, avid triathlete, and a yoga enthusiast. As a trainer, Michael emplores a simple and smart approach to all clients looking to train without pain or discomfort while achieving client goals."

My name is Joseph Hernandez. I am a CPT and I've been active my whole life. Started sports when I was 5. I am now a 25 year old seeking to help improve people's fitness goals and mentality. I believe it's 80 percent mental and 20 percent physical. How my personal training is different, is I integrate many forms of training, down to mobility, all the way to strength training. Give me one month and I promise you'll not only see results, but also you won't get bored!
Kelly Hitchcock opened his first gym at the age of eighteen. He has been self-employed and involved in the fitness community for over 30 years. In 1993, Kelly and his wife Kim moved to Tyler, Texas, and opened KH Fitness. In 2018 they merged with Life Changing Fitness. In addition to training his clients, in 2010 Kelly received his BCS (Behavioral Change Specialist) along with his NLP (Neural Linguistic Programming) certification. He is also a SMART program facilitator (Drug and Alcohol Program.) Kelly firmly believes the future of health and fitness will focus more on the mind.
Brent has been a personal trainer in Tyler since 2002. He is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He has certifications in weight management, nutrition, flexibility, training and core training. He loves working with people of all ages, and loves to see the changes that take place physically, emotionally and mentally through physical training and healthy lifestyle choices. Brent is also a Sifu (master teacher) in Kung Fu and also teaches that, or can teach basic self-defense.
Keri Kitchings is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. She is an enthusiast for inspiring people of all ages to live a healthy life-mentally, emotionally and physically. She is a published author and uses her writing and speaking to encourage others as well. Keri loves to share about the countless benefits of taking care of yourself. She and her husband Kurt, enjoy all sorts of adventures with their four children.

"I was born and raised in Colorado but have lived in Tyler since 2011. I have two boys, Jett (15) and Koen (12).
I received my bachelors degree from Harding university in Searcy, AR; completed my dietetic internship at UAMS in Little Rock, AR, and have been a registered dietitian for over 20 years. I have a wide variety of experience in the firld of nutrition including acute/critical care, bariatrics, pediatrics, weight management, out-patient counseling and diabetes education. I have always had a passion for fitness and achieved a long-term goal of becoming a certified personal trainer in 2020.
